CONCEPT DESIGN,
FEASIBILITY AND BUDGET ESTIMATES
Often our clients have a vision but can’t quite get it on paper.
We work with a select group of designers who can provide concept designs based on your vision in a short timeframe, that then allows us to provide you with a budget estimate to assist you with your
project feasibility.

DRAWINGS, DOCUMENTATION AND QUOTATION
Once a concept design is acceptable, we can proceed to full detailed design and specifications along with necessary contractual documentation, enough to provide a fixed price quote and go through to Building Consent if required

CONSULTANT / CONTRACTOR SELECTION
We have strong working relationships with a select group of Designers, Engineers and Contractors. They are fully independent with no affiliation to our Company ensuring we can secure competitive pricing and project specific expertise

PRODUCT AND FINISHES SPECIFICATION
We work closely with you to select the appropriate products and finishes for each project. This can range from the type of roofing, exterior/interior cladding, flooring and window coverings, air conditioning or fire protection systems, to colour palette selections and fabrics for soft furnishings.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
You are assigned to one Project Manager; this person becomes your single point of contact throughout the project. No need to deal with Local Authorities, Designers, Engineers or contractors. This ensures direct communication is maintained and assists with smooth, efficient and functional relationships.
During the construction phase, we will be on-site on a daily basis ensuring that quality control, timeframes and your specific requirements are always at the forefront of any project.

ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL
Every project is as unique as you are. Whether you have found an 80m2 tenancy you want fitted out, are embarking on a multi-storey new commercial build, or have found your dream piece of land and are ready to build your home, we provide you with the highest level of expertise and guidance along with quality services and products that ensure a smooth and enjoyable build process while maintaining stringent alignment to budgets and time frames set down from the contract stage.

It maybe you want to visit site regularly and be fully involved in the project, or you may have other priorities and just want regular reports to provide updates.
Much of our work is based on referrals. This comes from taking each project personally, with a desire to create a stress-free project for you.
